Q&A

The Wedding Website of Haley Kleinhans and Gavin Schreier
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Gentlemen: Suit and tie. Ladies: Floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. Since the bridesmaids will be in beautiful black dresses, we would love to see guests’ dresses embrace the colors of summer. No shades of white please. No jeans, shorts, or hats allowed.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event (other than the groom’s nieces and nephews). Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please arrive no later than 2:40 pm to allow time to walk down the steps and find your seat.

Question

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Street parking is available on Terrace Ave and nearby streets around the Villa Terrace. Street parking is free on Saturdays.

Question

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour at St. James will go from 5:00pm-6:30pm with dinner to follow beginning at 6:30pm.

Question

Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

Street parking is available on 8th Street, 9th Street, and Michigan Ave, just steps away from St. James. Street parking is free on Saturdays. For those who prefer a lot, there are two paid public options next door: the Library Lot and the Wells Fargo Lot. See image above for reference.
