Where is Sebasco Harbor Resort?

Sebasco Harbor Resort, founded in 1909, is located at 29 Kenyon Rd, Phippsburg, ME, on the picturesque Phippsburg Peninsula. Just an hour north of Portland, the resort offers a classic New England getaway with beautiful views of Maine's rocky coastline. Visitors can enjoy onsite dining, an outdoor saltwater pool, golf, tennis, and a recreation center.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying onsite at the beautiful Sebasco Harbor Resort, where all wedding events will take place. Our room block has officially closed, but rooms are still available by booking directly through the resort’s website. For the most affordable options, we suggest staying in the Main Lodge. Where do I park?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the resort, but please plan your travel accordingly as we are recommending guests arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony which starts at 4:00 pm.

What activities will be available during my stay?

Answer

Sebasco Harbor Resort offers a variety of activities including a saltwater pool, golf at The Links, tennis, complimentary kayaks and bicycles, lawn games, fitness center, nature hikes, and daily activities such as beach bonfires and wine tastings. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The reception will feature an open bar with a selection of cocktails, beer, and wine for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. In addition, we will offer two signature cocktails crafted specially for our celebration.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is an adults-only event. We kindly ask guests to make arrangements for their children, as we want everyone to fully relax and enjoy the evening.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Following the reception we invite guests to join us at the Quarterdeck for our late-night after party from 10:00pm-12:00am. Join us for late-night snacks, a cash bar, and a variety of games including candlepin bowling, ping pong, shuffleboard, and more.

What do I wear?

Answer

Attire for the occasion is garden formal. For ladies, we suggest colorful knee- to floor-length dresses, stylish pantsuits, or elegant separates. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear ties, with suits being optional. Our bridal party will be in formal attire, and we would love for you to join us in dressing up for this special day. Since the ceremony will take place on the lawn, comfortable footwear is recommended.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from using phones or cameras. We would love for everyone to be completely present as we say "I do!" We have hired professionals to capture our day, and we’ll share the photos and videos as soon as we receive them. Feel free to take all the photos you’d like before and after the ceremony—we can’t wait to see them!
