How do I rsvp?

We greatly appreciate you RSVP'ing!! Please RSVP via the electronic invite! It is so important to us that we hear back from our guests by August 1st to help us better solidify plans with our vendors and venue. Thank you in advance!!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Being that the wedding will be taking place during "Apple Hill Season" there will be heavy traffic. We have been advised by the venue that people should arrive around 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm so there is time to mingle, sign our guestbook and find a seat. Please allocate for additional travel time. The wedding will be starting promptly at 4 pm :) If you happen to be late, someone will be at the entrance to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception- just hang tight ;) Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We would love to see our family and friends in their best! We are encouraging cocktail/semi-formal attire. No jeans or shorts please :) We kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, creams and ivories) as well as our wedding party colors (grey and sage green).

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Eric and I can't wait to celebrate our intimate wedding with our closest family and friends. Unless specified on the wedding invite/RSVP, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. For example, your e-invite would list "Your name + guest" or "The (your last name) Family." Please see next question for further explanation if "family" is listed.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones and our younger family members, we have only invited 21 & over guests to our wedding- we are having a "parents night out," vibe for our wedding, plus there will be an open bar. We hope you see this as your opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us! If on our e-invite you see "The ____ Family" please understand that it is for 21 & over family members.

Yes! There is free parking available :)

Is there a bar.....
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar with also non alcoholic drinks to enjoy. If you are feeling "tipsy" there will be a tip jar for our lovely bartenders but it is NOT an expectation. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party! We love you all so please drink responsibly and get home safe!

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?
Answer
Absolutely! We ask that any pics that you take, that you also share with the bride and groom via our shared digital photo album. The only time we ask that you do not take pictures is during the ceremony. Also, if you post anything we would love if you would use our wedding hashtag #ItsHAMERTONTime
