Hotel
This is where the shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests. It’s approximately a 15 minute drive to Loveland Estates. A block of rooms has been reserved for your convenience. To take advantage of the wedding discount, call and mention "The Lopez Wedding" when booking. Please note, the rooms have been blocked off until August 9th, so be sure to reserve yours by then. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, so you may want to consider checking-in the day before the wedding to allow ample time. (The hotel has been updated since the website pictures were taken and it is much nicer than the photos)
Shuttle
September 12, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The Loveland Shuttle will pick up guests at The Seasons Inn & Suites in Highland at 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm. The shuttle will drop back off at The Seasons Inn & Suites at 9:00 pm, 10:00 pm, and 11:00 pm. The DJ will be making announcements throughout the reception, so please plan accordingly.
Flight
For those flying in, the St. Louis airport is the most convenient option. It's approximately a 60-minute drive to the Seasons Inn in Highland.
Travel Note
If you're planning to stay/visit downtown St. Louis, it's about a 50-minute drive to the venue.
