The last day to book within our discounted hotel block was August 6th. All of our events are located within the historic main hotel. A free shuttle runs between all locations included as part of the larger Mount Washington Resort, such as the Bretton Arms Inn, The Lodge, and Bretton Woods. If you wish to book outside of the property, there are not reliable Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis unfortunately. Reservations within the hotel block all have a two-night minimum. If you will be staying just one night, consider booking outside

We have sold out of rooms at The Lodge and are unable to add more in our hotel block. You could try calling reservations at (603) 278-8406 to book outside of our room block.

Free Resort Shuttles
There are shuttles that run to various locations throughout the Mount Washington Resort and Bretton Woods Resort, such as the Main Hotel, the Bretton Arms Inn, and The Lodge Shuttle services can be requested by calling 603-278-1000 and pressing 0.

Townhomes
For larger groups, Townhomes are a great option! It is recommended that you book Townhomes through the Omni website if you want to ensure access to resort facilities, such as the pool. These homes are typically cheaper on third party websites without resort access. However, we have a contact (Ethan) with a few properties that should be cheaper than Airbnb or VRBO and possibly provide access to the resort! Please see their properties in the provided link. If you book through Ethan, please specify it is for our wedding. At this time, we are unable to guarantee that the resort shuttles will run to and from townhomes, especially if they are booked outside of the Omni website. A member of your party may have to drive approximately 5 minutes each way. If your townhome is within the Bretton Woods Ski Area, you may be able to walk to the shuttle service. We will provide updates if there are changes to the shuttle service.
