Here is what to expect when coming out to California for our big day! Everyone is invited out the 1st through the 5th, you can stay shorter or longer, this is your vacation too! Just be there by Friday the 3rd for the official ceremony! We will be keeping the itinerary short with intent for you to plan some of you own activities you enjoy! Crescent City is a small town but has plenty to do and see between, ocean coast line, riverways, redwoods, and plenty of local restaurants to eat at.

Organ Donor Grove

The intersection of Elk Valley Road and Hwy 199.,

Wear whatever makes you comfortable, we love the irony of getting all dressed to the nines to go play in the woods!

We will be meeting at the River house, and car pooling together to the Grove to have the ceremony. There is next to no hike into this portion of the red woods, so no need to worry about having to take a long walk in a dress!

Family photos will be taken afterwards, we plan to have a champagne toast and some light snacks for everyone while photos are happening.

Stout Grove Trail head

After family photos, we will be taking a short flat 0.6-mile loop hike, known to be the most beautiful stand of redwoods anywhere. Anyone is welcome to join!

Dinner will be out at a brewery back in town. Afterwards we will go back to the River house to have cocktails, music and dancing.
