Whilst we love the little ones, we kindly request that only children over the age of 10 attend our wedding. If you are a guest with children, and intend to bring those of age, please let us know so we have an accurate headcount for seating and meals. Thank you for your understanding.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early. We will be coordinating the parking situation which may take up a little bit of time. if you'd like time to freshen up, as you may have a longer drive, we recommend arriving by 4:00 pm. Then you will have time to park and get settled before the festivities.
Our wedding is a semi-formal event but you can absolutely dress up as much as you'd like! As far as footwear, just keep in mind that our venue is taking place in a meadow with grass and minimal dirt.
Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held in a large meadow where we will be organizing the vehicles. If you have a cabin within the ranch, you're more than welcome to still park in the meadow if you'd rather not do any walking, or you can park at your cabin and walk down. When you arrive, you will be directed by someone coordinating the parking situation.
No, unfortunately not, but if you let us know where you are staying we maybe able to arrange a carpool with other guests who are staying in Payson.
From Payson, Take highway 260 east. Travel 14 miles to the sign on the left that reads "Control Road Tonto Village". Turn left and travel 4 miles to FS29/Roberts Mesa Road. Turn right and travel 4 miles to a large sign that reads "Mead Ranch". Turn right, you will be on Park. Follow Park to Maynard and Icy Lane. Turn left and follow the driveway to Mead Meadow.
