Seaside
This is one of the most well-known areas in 30A with its many pastel-colored cottages, cool retail shops, cozy cafes, and food trucks downtown that make the perfect lunch stop.
Watercolor
This is definitely a resort community. It is extremely walkable and easy to get around. You can enjoy the outdoors by taking a trip to Western Lake or Point Washington State Forest.
Eden Gardens State Park
A beautiful park with vast green cover centered around the Wesley House, a Victorian mansion known for its late 18th century French furniture, Eden Gardens State Park is located in Point Washington, in Santa Rosa Beach.

Rooftop bar with views of Seaside! Perfect place to watch the sunset. Great view for any time because they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Great Southern Cafe
One of our favorite spots for brunch and dinner! They have a daily happy hour from 3pm-5pm and the mojitos are delicious.
Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar
Some of the best seafood we've ever had! A pricier option, but an amazing place for a nice dinner with a rooftop bar and views of Rosemary Beach.
