Yes, we have reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and Suites, the Courtyard Marriott Hershey Chocolate Ave., and the Hershey Lodge. These are the first three hotels listed in our "Travel" section, and booking is offered at a discounted rate. However, there are also many other hotel near the venue if you are looking for additional options.
Generally it is within the 50s and 60s (F) with some wind, possibly light rain. Even if days are warmer the nights will be colder so a light jacket is recommended.
Unfortunately we will not have a shuttle service, but ride-share services are available in Hershey if needed. The venue has a large parking area if you wish to drive.
Guests are welcome to arrive at the Hershey Gardens as early as 3pm to walk around the beautiful venue. We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:40pm so you have time to park, walk into the garden, and find your seat. We will also have an artist on site that will sketch guest portraits starting at 3:30. Please stop by to meet her and have your reference photo taken so she can create sketches throughout the night! The ceremony will start at 4pm.
