FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:00-3:15pm to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in.

Question

will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding. We will have shuttles that will pick up and drop off at certain locations [TBD]. More information to come.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November is a beautiful month in the desert. We expect temperatures to be anywhere from 70-80 degrees during the day, and cooler in the evening. Ladies, we recommend bringing a shawl or light sweater. While rain is unlikely, necessities will be provided for that as well.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. *Please note* our welcome party will be held outdoors in the evening so we recommend ladies bring a shawl or light sweater.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome party: Our welcome party dress code is cocktail casual. For ladies: dresses or skirts, long or short. Or pants and a top. For men: button down or polo shirts, long or short sleeve. Nice pants. Full suit is not necessary! Wedding day: Our wedding day dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi dresses. Men can wear a sport coat or traditional suit. Fun colors and patterns are encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding day an adults-only event, with the exception of family.

Question

Where should i stay?

Answer

See our 'Travel' page for hotel recommendations. We have a room block at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa. On our 'Travel' page there is a link to receive the group rate for this hotel. Aside from hotels, there are plenty of Airbnb's in the area as well! Please note, when searching for Airbnb's, I would avoid Palm Springs as that is at least a 30 minute drive from Indian Wells. November is a busy month so we encourage you to book your travel and accommodations early!
