Our greatest adventure.

Travel

PLEASE NOTE: Our wedding ceremony is going to be "unplugged." This means NO taking photos during the ceremony. We know you love us and will be tempted but we have a wedding photographer who will be capturing all the special moments and we want you to be 100% present. (Plus, people being on their phones in ceremony pictures ain't cute 😬) Thank you!

Recommendations for Travel

Due to the wedding venue being in the woods, I recommend staying in Nevada City or Grass Valley, CA. Either are about a 40 minute drive. For those who are adventurous or looking to save some $ on the night of the wedding, there is the option to camp onsite at the venue for FREE. You would just want to bring camping gear and an overnight bag. Dinner is provided, but I would bring snacks if you're staying overnight. Just in case! The venue (Gaia's Garden's) also wants everyone to "check out" @ 10:00 A.M. If you've never used Airbnb before you should try it. You generally get far more for your money than when staying in a hotel. When touring our venue, we stayed in an Airbnb in Nevada City. I HIGHLY recommend spending the night here before the wedding. The town is cozy and fun to explore. Plus, you won't have to worry about a 7 hour drive right before the wedding 😂 Reach out if you have questions 661 600 5860
