At 3:15pm the shuttle will board at the Campbells parking lot. At promptly 3:25pm the Campbells shuttle will leave for Siren Song Winery. Please remember this is the only shuttle from Campbells. If you miss the bus you will need to find your own transportation to the venue. Note: Campbell's does not have bus access in the front, we will pull up on the street at the back entrance to their parking area (see yellow X in image above - Campbells is top image).
At 3:10pm the shuttle will board at the Lakeside Lodge parking lot. At promptly 3:20pm the Lakeside Lodge shuttle will leave for Siren Song Winery. Please remember this is the only shuttle from Lakeside Lodge. If you miss the bus you will need to find your own transportation to the venue. Note: Lakeside Lodge does not have access via bus to the front of the facility (see yellow X in image above - Lakeside lodge is second photo). We will pick up guests at the back of the facility at their Arch.
Our dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen: Think suit & tie. Ladies: This is your time to break out that fancy dress you've been wanting to wear! Think floor or mid-length gowns in summer colors or patterns. The bridal party will be wearing champagne :) Please note that the reception will be occurring in loose gravel so block heels recommended.
Temperatures in Lake Chelan during this time are typically in the 70s during the day and can drop to the 50s at night. The ceremony and reception will take place mostly outdoors, there will be fans available. The afterparty will take place indoors. We would recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening.
We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you have a plus one it will be included on your wedding invitation.
Our wedding and reception will be an adults only event with the exception of immediate family.
For our ceremony we will have a strict no phone policy, this includes taking photos or videos. We have an amazing photography team that will be able to capture all the special moments during the ceremony, so you can just enjoy the moment! Feel free to use your phone to take photos after the ceremony during cocktail hour and the reception.
