Question

What about COVID19?

Answer

We understand that these are confusing and constantly changing times. In addition to the precautions taken by our venues of social distancing, mask requirements, and hand sanitizing stations; We will be providing color coded wrist bands to identify your level of comfort with social distancing. For example, a red wrist band signifies to others that you wish to be six feet apart from people and if someone is near you they should keep their mask on. A yellow band is cautious but less conservative than red. A green band is for those who are comfortable with any level of interaction. We ask that you please respect everyone's individual choice in this matter. If you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible—no later than September 10th—so we can update our relevant vendors.
