What happens if I don't RSVP in enough time?

Answer

If we don't get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, April 10, 2025, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis. However, we encourage you to take this opportunity to enjoy a night out as the wedding will go until 10pm! We’d love to have you celebrate with us in whatever way works best for you! Please be sure to RSVP once your decision has been made as you'll only be able to RSVP once!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venues capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event will be a mix of Cowboy Formal/Casual! We would love to see everyone dressed their best! Men: Feel free to wear Cowboy boots and Cowboy hats! Jeans are acceptable without any rips or tears! Colors to avoid: White/Tan/Cream colored blazers as these are wedding party colors Ladies: Feel free to wear Long or short dresses and cowboy boots and/or shoes of your liking! Colors to avoid: White (of course) Rust, Taupes, or Greens as these are wedding party colors!

Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phone and cameras to be put away on silent. You are more than welcome to take pictures + videos throughout the course of the reception! This is a special day for us and we have hired a fantastic photographer to perfectly capture our beautiful day and we will be happy to share those with you when the time comes that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be present in the moment with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue! We recommend if you plan to enjoy beverages at our event, that you take Ubers or Lyfts as well as the option to carpool with your friends or family members also attending our event!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own hotel and transportation reservations
