While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is going to be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! If you are in need of childcare services during the wedding, we would be happy to provide recommendations for trusted local babysitters. Please feel free to reach out to us for assistance in making necessary arrangements.
Our wedding is by invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Semi-Formal Attire is highly recommended. Think suits for men and floor length or midi dresses for women. If you prefer a dressy, knee-length cocktail dress, then feel free! No jeans please. Keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be outside on grass.
For getting to the venue, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the Jacksonville area. You can also talk with your hotel about potential transportation. Overnight parking is available for free at the venue. It's a 15-20 minute drive from most hotels – please plan on arriving 10 minutes early as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. For returning to the Jax Beach area after the reception, free buses will be available to transport guests to Surfer Bar where we will be meeting for an after party – all are welcome to join. If you feel you've boogied enough for one evening, the Surfer Bar is a short walk from many of the hotels.
Both the ceremony and reception will be outside, primarily on grass! In the event of rain, everything will be moved inside the clubhouse.
