Out of the restaurants we tried, here are our notes: Breakfast in the dining hall: make your own omelettes & crepes. 1) Blanca Blue - at Garza Blanca. For appetizers, we loved their white fish sashimi, tomato burrata, and of course fresh guacamole. For meals, their burger and beef tenderloin were our favorite. You can't go wrong with their tacos. The best however was the table-service tequila cart serving fresh margaritas. 2) Hiroshi - at Garza Blanca. Stick to the raw fish! We didn't enjoy their fried rice or soups but loved their salmon tartare, scallop sashimi, and salmon nigiri. 3) Davino - at Villa del Parmar. Very very very good mushroom ravioli. The scallops & seafood are also nice. 4) Dao - at Garza Blanca rooftop. HIGHLY recommend for the entertainment, service, and cocktails. The food is 4/5 stars but good enough for the views and vibes. Order the Har Fun Noodles and flaming dessert!
Garza Blanca releases a calendar of events each week that includes snorkeling, aqua zumba, & live music. Find the calendar here: https://cancun.garzablancaresort.com/resort-activities. Some activities require reservations.
