We have secured a discounted rate at The Westin Tempe for stays between April 7, 2027, and April 11, 2027. To lock in this special rate, please book your stay by March 8, 2027 using the reservation link on the "Travel" tab. Please note that this is not an official room block, so rooms are subject to availability and could sell out early. While you are welcome to stay anywhere you like, wedding day transportation will only be provided to and from this hotel. Transportation will be available to all.
To help with your travel planning, here is a quick look at our schedule! We will post official details closer to the date, but we will not be hosting a formal event the night before the wedding. Instead, we will be greeting arriving guests casually at the rooftop bar on Wednesday evening. On Friday night, we are planning to head over to Buffalo Chip for the rodeo and drinks. Please note that all events outside of the wedding day itself are completely optional. Everyone is welcome to join, but we want you to enjoy your trip however you'd like!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding.
We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! Please wear semi formal/formal attire. Be sure to check the weather as the date gets closer for the most accurate temperatures on our wedding day!
Expect an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception.
Yes, there is available parking at the venue. Guests are able to park overnight if needed. Cars are required to be picked up no later than 11am the morning following the event.
