The ceremony will begin at 5:15 PM. You may arrive as early as 4:30 PM to grab a drink and a seat!
The ceremony and reception are both at the Crest Pavilion. There is plenty of parking on-site if you would like to drive, and there are also alternative ride options like Lyft and Uber available. Please plan to get a ride if you are planning to drink during our celebration! Also, we will have transportation available to and from the after party for the guests that are invited.
Yes! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions at all so we can accommodate a meal option for you.
Please see the travel page on our website for hotel recommendations!
Yes, weather permitting our ceremony will be outdoors! It can be chilly in the evenings, so we would suggest bringing a jacket. We will also have a few blankets on hand as well just in case.
We want to do everything we can to ensure our wedding can be enjoyed by all of our friends and family members, so this is what we are doing in terms of COVID precautions: - We ask that our guests get tested for COVID if possible, and please do not come if you are ill. - We will provide masks and sanitizer for our guests. We are not going to require that masks be worn, but want to ensure they are available for anyone that would be more comfortable wearing one. We will also provide wristbands that are color coded and are meant to symbolize your comfort level mingling with others. - Our venue has the capacity to seat up to 400 people, so with only ~85 guests, we can ensure tables are spread out. - If anyone or any group would prefer to have their own table to ensure social distancing from others, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate!
What is M7 Event Solutions doing to take precautions? To take extra precautions, and for the health and safety of our staff and guests the following is happening; - Our staff will be wearing face masks and gloves throughout the event. Changing gloves periodically throughout the event with handwashing frequently. - Staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival to work and will sign off on an Employee Health Screening Log. - Kitchen employees will have face shields and masks on as they prepare food. We’ve always required glove use so, that doesn’t change. - We will have hand sanitizing stations available throughout the venue for guests.
- There will be a male and female service attendant specifically dedicated to sanitizing surfaces. Focusing on restrooms, doors handles, and frequently touched surfaces. - We have added foot pulls on all restroom doors so guests can use their feet to open doors to exit restrooms. - We have hung beautiful antique windows at the bar(s) so we can have easy communication from bartender to guests safely.
What is going to happen with food service? - Hors d’oeuvres will still be passed by staff (wearing masks and gloves). - Buffets will be executed in a different way than usual, as well as food stations. We will have our staff handling the food for guests. Keeping it closer to a plated style meal service by offering an “attended buffet”.
