We’re getting married! After 5 years we will begin our new journey as Mr & Mrs. Matthews.

My freshman year of college i walked into my dorm room after Christmas break and Alveno was sitting there talking to my roommate at the time. He stood up introduced hisself and he walked out the room, i didnt see him until a few months afterwards. Then he would walk by my door everyday to tell me i would be his wife, and i kept telling him he was crazy and to leave me alone. Afterwards he started telling every guy on campus he would wife me up. So, of course no guy would speak to me after that. The summer came and i went back to work at Kuramas and he stayed on campus to work doing landscaping. Halfway through the summer i got a facebook message from him, and i always blew him off and kept telling him i was busy, which i was with work and softball. Finally, he was so persistence in talking to me i decided to give him the time of day. We talked everyday getting to know each other he became one of my best friends that summer. Towards the end of the summer he kept texting me and asking me out, but i told him i could not answer his question until we are face to face. The day i moved into Dyer (college dorm) my second year of college he asked me out and the rest was history! We currently live in Washington state across country from both our families. He is currently stationed at Fort Lewis in the United States Amry.I’m currently working for Duke Clinical Research Institution as a clincial trail specialist. We are moving to GEORGIA in July 2022! A week after our wedding we will be at Fort Stewart, Georgia! We are both very excited to be back on the East Coast!
