We understand that our destination wedding involves additional expenses for our guests. To help make this more affordable, we've carefully arranged Airbnb accommodations and will cover the rental car transportation from the airport to our lodging. The primary costs you'll need to budget for are: 1. Flights: Roundtrip flights from Tampa (TPA) or Orlando (MCO) to Eureka (ACV) are currently averaging $500-$600 per person. 2. Shared Meals: We'll ask each guest to contribute a small amount towards our first-day group grocery shopping, as we'll be preparing meals together at the Airbnb. Our goal is to create a memorable experience while being mindful of your travel expenses.
For our destination wedding, pack layers to accommodate temperatures ranging from the 50s to 60s. Bring comfortable hiking shoes and flexible clothing for trail adventures, as well as a nice outfit for our post-wedding dinner out. This will ensure you're prepared for all our planned activities and comfortable throughout your stay. We will also be by the river and the ocean. It might be cold, but bring a bathing suit just in case.
Our wedding celebrates an intimate, adventurous atmosphere. We're looking forward to sharing quality time with our closest friends—cooking together, exploring scenic hiking trails, drinking, paying games and discovering the local town, all while commemorating our special day in a relaxed, natural setting.
We will be staying at our Airbnb, which is located with in a 1 min walk from the Jedidiah Smith State Park.
