Airport - BZN
For those of you attending our wedding and traveling to the area, we recommend flying into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) for the easiest access to Livingston and surrounding destinations. Car rentals, shuttles, and some ride services are available at the airport for a smooth journey to your accommodations.

Yellowstone Valley Lodge, Ascend Hotel Collection
We hope everyone can join us and stay at the venue, the Yellowstone Valley Lodge! To make things easy, we will be reserving a block of cabins for our guests. This block is now open and if you call the lodge please ask for the Shelberg-Lambert wedding. Since there are only 22 cabins on the property, but space for up to 104 guests, we encourage those traveling with family or friends to share a cabin when possible. This will help ensure that as many of our loved ones as possible can stay together in this beautiful setting! Our hotel block will have a discounted room rate and if you would like to extend your stay you will qualify for the same room rate 3 days prior and 3 days after our wedding. Below is the link to the description of the cabins offered and a price sheet. Before booking please let Haley know what type of cabin you would like and who else you are staying with.

For guests who may need alternative accommodations, the Homes2 Suites by Hilton in Livingston, Montana a 20 minute drive north from our venue. This is a modern and comfortable hotel offers spacious suites, complimentary breakfast, and convenient amenities to make your stay enjoyable. If the lodge fills up or if you prefer a hotel setting, Home2 Suites is a great option.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is also another option. This hotel is located directly next to the Home2 Suites and would be a great alternative.
