We have room blocks at the hotels listed in the 'Accomodations' tab. Other than those, there are many hotels in Newport and Middletown as well as AirBnbs in the area.
Coastal Cocktail: For gentlemen we suggest slacks with button-down shirt or a summer jacket (ex. light-colored/linen) with no tie, and casual or dress shoes. For women we suggest flowy summery dresses or separates. Wedding is Black Tie: Ladies should wear floor-length dresses. Gentlemen should wear tuxedos.
There will be buses leaving from Perrotti Park in downtown Newport and some of the hotels listed on the 'Accomodations' tab at times specified in the future. Exact timing will be provided closer to the wedding. Make sure to check back here later! You can also easily take an Uber or drive to the location as it is close to downtown Newport. However, note that it is a holiday weekend and there will likely be traffic.
Yes, there is free, dedicated parking at the venue for the wedding.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm. Entry into the venue will begin at 5:30 pm
Yes, the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outside. Please be mindful of grass and gravel when deciding your shoes.
