House Or Rental
We have rented out the entirety of Sawtooth Lodge for our wedding weekend. CABINS/YURTS: Unfortunately there is limited cabins, yurts and RV hook up sites. However there is unlimited camping! If you are interested in staying in a cabin, yurt or RV site please reach out to us directly and we will tell you which one to book specifically. We hope to reserve these spots for those with children, those traveling from afar and/or without camping gear/ physical ability to camp. CAMPSITE CAMPING: When booking your stay, including campsites, you will need to use the promo code: Thomas Wedding 26! If you want to stay longer than F-Su, the promo code may not work and you need to email the lodge directly for booking assistance (let them know you are there for the wedding). COST: For campers, you will need to pay per person in your party when booking on the website. Please pay the fee for your furry friends if they join us. PETS:Furry friends are allowed at Sawtooth Lodge with a fee, however we ask that your pets are put away and quiet during the ceremony and reception or recommend you leave them at home. Although we love pets, please opt to leave them at home if they will be bothersome during our special moments.
Flight
If you are flying in, likely the closest airport is in Boise, Idaho. The venue is 2.5 hours from the BOI airport. We recommend renting a car or coordinating a ride with someone driving to the venue!
Rental Car
For those who are going to need a rental car anyways, it may be worth looking into renting a camper van! OutWander is a platform for renting RV's and other recreational vehicles, like built out vans. If you rent an RV you will need to book an RV hook up site, if you rent a camper van you will need to rent a camp site.
Travel Note
If you are in need of camping gear, please let us know. Our families and friends likely have extra gear we would be happy to supply for you. Alternatively, REI in Issaquah, WA rents camping gear. We would be happy to pick it up for you and can bring it for the weekend. Check it out on this website!
