Cross Family Welcome Event

4:30 pm

On the evening of Friday June 2, 2023 -- the day before the wedding -- there will be a reception for out-of-town guests and the wedding party at the Homewood Suites in Doylestown. The reception will begin at 4:30 or 5:00, but is intended as a place to drop in after arriving at the hotel. Come when you can. The location will be the sole meeting room/ballroom at the hotel -- which is reserved for our group for the entire weekend, beginning Friday afternoon. Adults and children are invited to the reception -- which will continue all evening. Dress will be casual. There will be heavy appetizers and an open bar. Buffet dinner options may be available later in the evening. We expect to have a jazz trio for part of the evening. Haley and Oliver will join the reception after the rehearsal dinner.

Supervised Kids Gathering

3:30 pm

The ballroom space, the same space as the Welcome Party, will be used as the location for a supervised kids party -- food, drink, movies, games -- during the wedding and wedding reception. Babysitter Point of Contact: Melanie McGill (215-480-1119)

Brunch

9:00 am

The Homewood Suites offers an included breakfast each morning for all guests. In addition, on Sunday June 4, we would like to host guests for artisan pastries in the hotel's meeting room/ball room as an additional breakfast option and to facilitate family gatherings prior to departure.
