The Wedding Website of Haley Burton and Justin Duke
Here are a few of our favorite places and some things to do in Seattle!
Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market

85 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101

Wander around Pike Place Market and discover locally made crafts and art, the incredible flower mart, and more. Visit the original Starbucks (though we recommend skipping the line here and going to the Starbucks Roastery in Capitol Hill, or one of many local shops around town), get drinks at Zig Zag, pizza at the Alibi Room, mac & cheese at Beechers, visit the gum wall, and enjoy all the touristy things here!

Chihuly Garden & Space Needle

Chihuly Garden & Space Needle

305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109

Chihuly Garden & Glass is an outdoor and indoor museum featuring the work of Dale Chihuly, who was originally from the Seattle area. The exhibit is located in the heart of Seattle, so take some time to wander to the Space Needle while you're there!

Green Lake Park

Green Lake Park

7201 East Green Lake Drive North, Seattle, WA 98115

Justin and I lived close to Green Lake and took Telly here almost every week. The park is a beautiful three mile trail around the lake, with coffee shops (highly recommend Revolutions!) and restaurants around the outskirts. It's a great way to enjoy some gorgeous Seattle scenery.

Gas Works Park

Gas Works Park

2101 North Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103

A uniquely Seattle park, Gas Works is an urban reclamation project — the city turned an abandoned gas works (thus the name) into a gorgeous park facing Lake Union. You can't get better views of the downtown skyline than on this.

Olympic Sculpture Park

Olympic Sculpture Park

2901 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

We fell in love with Seattle for many reasons, two of which are its art and its nature. You can experience both during a lovely walk through the sculpture garden.

Burke-Gilman Trail

Burke-Gilman Trail

Burke-Gilman Trail, Seattle, WA

A flat and beautiful walking/biking trail that cuts through almost all of Seattle. Excellent for a pretty day out (rent a pair of bikes and head to a brewery) with lots of sun and a good views.

Woodinville Wine Country

Woodinville Wine Country

Woodinville, WA

Spend the day outside of the city in wine country! Woodinville is chock full of scenic wineries. We recommend Chateau Ste Michelle, Adams Bench, and JM Cellars.

Sushi Kashiba

Sushi Kashiba

86 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101

This is the best sushi in Seattle, and that's saying something!

Reuben's Brews - The Taproom

Reuben's Brews - The Taproom

5010 14th Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98107

This is where we had our first date :)

Fremont Brewing's Urban Beer Garden

Fremont Brewing's Urban Beer Garden

1050 North 34th Street, Seattle, WA 98103

Great beer and dog watching!

Taste of India

Taste of India

5517 Roosevelt Way Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

This Indian restaurant was around the corner from our house, so we were frequent fliers here! Make sure to get the samosas and the naan.

Rachel's Ginger Beer

Rachel's Ginger Beer

1610 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

When most people think about Seattle, they think coffee, but it also has the world's best ginger beer! Head to Rachel's Ginger Beer (with locations in Capitol Hill and in Pike Place) for a refreshing beverage.

Serious Pie

Serious Pie

2001 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

Famous Seattle spot for some seriously good wood-fired gourmet pizza!

For all the days along the way
