See below for further info on parking. All reservations under the room block must be completed before June 2, 2023. Feel free to choose another local hotel if you prefer. Medford, Somerville, Brighton, Cambridge, Arlington, and Allston are all areas that are easy to uber to and from Boston if you choose to stay somewhere else.

Wedding Ceremony Transportation & Parking

A bus will be provided leaving from the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel at 10:15 am sharp to the wedding venue and back at the end of the afternoon. If you are driving in for the day, Valet parking is available at the hotel or other local parking is nearby to the hotel to join in on the bus ride. Ceremony Parking if driving directly to the restaurant: There is a small lot across the street that guests can park in. The small lot is on the corner of Hampshire and Elm Street. In addition, street parking is permit-free for 2 blocks in front of the restaurant on Hampshire Street. There is also a large lot across the street that is for 'shared businesses', that guests can park in, please note there are a few spaces marked for 'fitness together' - those spaces CANNOT be parked in. The large lot is on the corner of Hampshire and Norfolk Street.

Ride Shares: Uber/Lyft/Cabs

Please note if you prefer not to drive to each venue, you will need to take an Uber, Lyft, or cab to each location. We suggest you have these apps downloaded and set up before arriving to Boston. If you are already in Boston, please use a "ride share" company to and from the wedding ceremony and to the "after-party" at the Flight Club.

Train

MBTA - Subway

Consider using public transportation. For those driving in there is the option of parking at Alewife Train Station (Red Line) to take the train into the various locations. Nearest train station to the Wedding/Ceremony is Kendall/MIT (Red Line) Nearest train to the Renaissance Waterfront Hotel is Silver Line Way (Silver Line) or South Station.
