For Welcome Drinks Casual Cocktail: Jackets for gentlemen and cocktail or casual dresses for ladies. For the Wedding Formal Attire: Suits and ties for gentlemen and midi dresses or full length dresses for ladies.
Transportation Two coach buses have been reserved to transport guests from hotels to Upper Shirley Vineyards (about a 30 minute drive). Buses will depart by 5pm from the Delta Hotel Richmond Downtown and the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown, and will leave Upper Shirley Vineyards beginning at 11pm. Local guests and guests not staying in the hotel blocks are still welcome to go on the bus, just be sure to indicate that when RSVP’ing. Please note that Upper Shirley is in a rural area and it is very unlikely that Ubers/Lyfts/etc will be available. Parking Upper Shirley Vineyards has a large parking lot by the entrance of the venue where guests can park. Cars can also be left overnight as long as they are retrieved on Sunday by 10:30am.
Please plan on arriving to Upper Shirley Vineyards between 5:30-5:45. The ceremony will begin at 6.
The ceremony and reception are both located at Upper Shirley Vineyards.
