In July 2019, Victor and Haley spotted each-other in the hallway at work. Unsure who Victor was, Haley told her co-workers she spotted a cute, tall boy named Martin. After soon realizing there was not a guy named Martin… Haley was determined to find out his name and more about him. Fast-forward to a staff happy hour, Haley and Victor hit it off quickly. He asked for her number and they bonded over driving the same car, a 2016 Jeep Patriot. Their relationship deepened, Haley and Victor kept their dating a secret, in fear of an HR violation. They gained the courage to attend the annual Christmas party together, most did not seem surprised! Everyone was a little suspicious when Victor would stop by Haley’s classroom before and after work each day and had suddenly developed a new interest in her alma mater, Auburn University and the Tigers . The fun times and joyful memories have not stopped as they bond over their love for watching sports, engaging in their community, seeking new adventures, and spending time outdoors. In December 2021, Victor and Haley went on a sunrise walk at the beach as they often do together, but this walk was different. Victor secretly planned to ask Haley to marry him.
