Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see you in cocktail attire for our wedding! For men, a suit or dress shirt with a tie and jacket is a great choice. For women, options like knee- or midi-length dresses, formal jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect. We kindly ask that you avoid casual wear such as jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts. When in doubt, it’s always better to dress up than down—we can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding and reception are adults-only events, with the exception of close family members.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your save-the-date and invitation were addressed to you and a guest, then yes, your plus one is welcome! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We’ve worked hard to maximize the number of close friends and family who can join us and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will follow indoors.

Are there accommodations for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block at the Palmer House Hilton. Please visit the Travel page for more details.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will leave from the Palmer House promptly at 4:00 PM and return guests to the hotel at 11:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue for guests who prefer to drive themselves. However, we want everyone to fully enjoy the wedding and encourage you not to drive if you plan to drink. You are welcome to take the shuttle back to the city center and use a rideshare from there, or arrange for a rideshare directly from the venue. Shuttles will be available after the celebration to transport guests back to the hotel. Please drink responsibly and avoid drinking and driving.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present for this special moment, free from distractions. Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like before and after the ceremony!
