Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a Black Tie event - For men black tuxes & for women elegant formal evening wear, sophisticated cocktail dresses, chic jumpsuits, or formal pant suits.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes food will be served to all guest at the beginning of the reception. We will be catering Henry's Louisiana Bar and Grill. However, the reception will not be until the evening time so we recommend eating a good breakfast before the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar serving beer, wine, and cocktails. Bring ID to show bar staff if you intend on drinking. We also recommend making transportation accommodations before hand because there will be no drinking and driving.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes kids are invited. If you received a personal invitation then I have already accounted for your child/children in the guest list. However, please be respectful and keep children from running around during the ceremony, as well as, not allowing them to disturb decorations at the reception. There will be alcohol served at the reception so please also take that into account when deciding on whether to bring your children.

Where to park?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, as well as, overflow parking across the street.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes as long as you come back and pick it up the next day.

Is there local transportation available?

Answer

Uber, Lyft, Bartow county transit (BCT), and Bartow cab taxi service is offered in our area.

Lodging accommodations?

Answer

If you're looking for somewhere to stay near the venue I highly recommend 'The Element in Emerson' or 'Hampton Inn Emerson Lakepoint'.
