There are many great bars and restaurants we love in the Pawleys Island area! Restaurants: Frank's & Frank's Outback - One of our favorites for a meal that's always good! Make sure to check out the Way, Way Back for a more laid back bar area and great food. Reservations recommended. Hot Fish Club - Another favorite spot for dinner and drinks with a menu that has something for everyone. Reservations recommended. Rustic Table - Conveniently located near local shopping, also open for lunch! Gio's - Great choice for an Italian dinner. The Marsh Walk - More info on that below! Bars: Pawleys Island Tavern - The PIT is a classic spot, great for casual drinks and a quick bite. The Tuna Shak - We always make a point to get drinks at the Tuna Shak in Murrell's Inlet when we're visiting. Lots of TVs! Make sure to try the orange crush.
The Marsh Walk has several bars and restaurants to check out. Some of our favorites include The Claw House, Dead Dog Saloon (also a breakfast spot!) and J Peters. Bubba's Love Shak is perfect for a drink, too! It's also a great spot for a morning walk and a stop at the Brown Fox Coffee Box!
Did you know the rope hammock originated in Pawleys Island?! The shopping village is full of local stores, including the Original Hammock Shop. Worth a stop for sure!
October is a great month to hang at the beach in Pawleys! There's parking throughout the North Litchfield Neighborhood and you can access the beach on any of the public boardwalks.
