What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal. If you would like to match our wedding colors you can wear green and/or a dusty blue.

Is it okay to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like the ceremony to be an unplugged event. Which means absolutely no phones out during that time! You are more than welcome to take photos or use your phone afterwards during the reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those included on the invitation attend our wedding. Due to space constraints, we have a limited guest list so please only bring those included on your formal invitation.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself enough time to park and get seated before the ceremony begins. If you arrive too late you will be unable to enter while the processional is taking place. You then will be asked to discreetly enter and sit in the back as to not disrupt the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our ceremony and reception. We hope you use this opportunity to have a date night or fun night out with friends!

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will be having Hutchins BBQ served for dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know so we may accommodate you.

How long is the Reception after the Ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony there will be drinks, dinner, and dancing. This will conclude by 10pm.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking directly across from the venue or you may park along main street at any available parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is all indoors.
