Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those on the invitations. If you have a plus one it will be listed on the RSVP tab when you fill out your information. If you believe you should have had a plus one please reach out to Haleigh/Ethan to talk further.
There is a small lot in front of the Reception Hall and parking down the driveway to the venue. You are able to park in the grass, just not in front of the Reception Hall where marked. Overnight parking is allowed, the venue just asks that all vehicles are picked up by 9:30am the next morning.
The doors will open at 3:30 PM please be in your seat by 4:00 PM in the ceremony space.
Unless named in the invitation we kindly ask this to be a child free event.
There will be no provided transportation, but Uber and Lyft do come out to the venue. The venue allows overnight parking but they host weddings all weekend so cars need to be picked up by 9:30am at the latest.
The Bride and Groom have chosen to have an open bar and ask that you please keep all outside drinks at home! Our venue is not allowed to sell liquor and it is banned on property, but there will beer and wine options available. There will also be a coffee cart over cocktail hour, and non-alcoholic drinks available all night.
Yes, both indoor faculties are on the same property with some steps between the two. There will be signage and ushers to help guide you around the venue!
This is going to be a colorful wedding so the Bride and Groom ask that you dress accordingly! The formal definition is Formal Garden Party, but it boils down to fun spring colors and floral patterns. There are some example boards under the gallery tab! Any additional questions please reach out to Haleigh/Ethan directly.
We will not be doing a hotel block as there are so many options in the surrounding areas! Highlandville is nestled between Branson and Springfield MO. These cities are both roughly 45 mins from the venue with a plethora of Air BNB and hotel options. See Travel tab for direct hotel recommendations and Air BNB search links.
Yes! There are two paths to get between the ceremony space and the reception hall, signage and ushers can help guide you between the two. There is also a golf cart to help take guests who need it around the venue.
The best way to travel the area is by car. It is rural and not walkable at all, bikes may be possible in some areas but for the most part a car is the best and safest. Uber and Lyft are available in the area!
We will be having BBQ for dinner with options of pulled pork and pulled chicken. Sides are baked beans, potato salad, green beans, and mac and cheese. If there are any allergies within this list or you are curious what exactly is in everything please reach out to Haleigh/Ethan.
