Dress Code

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in semi-formal or "dressy casual" attire. We also kindly ask you to refrain from wearing jeans.

Times and Places

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2pm with guests being able to arrive starting at 130pm. There will be time before the reception while the bridal party is taking pictures for time to travel to the venue. The party then starts at 5pm and ends at 10pm! Addresses to both places are listed under the "Schedule" tab!

Weather

The ceremony will be indoors and while the reception does take place inside, the parking lot is available for guests to step away for a moment. We advise you to bring a jacket as it may get cooler outside as the night goes on! It is September in the Midwest, so weather can be a bit unpredictable-so please bring jackets and/or umbrellas for walking to entrances of the church and reception.

Drive

Answer

There will be addresses to both the church and the reception venue on the invitation and they are also in the "Schedule" section of the website! The drive from the church to the reception venue is about 35-40 minutes.

Children

Answer

Although this is not a "kid free wedding", we simply cannot accommodate everyone's children. The number of guests that we can have is limited. There will be a spot on RSVP cards that indicates how many seats we have saved for each family.

Pictures

Answer

We request that you kindly refrain from taking pictures and/or videos during the ceremony. We are paying an amazing professional photographer to take pictures and would hate to not get the pictures we want due to phones or flashes in the way. However, take as many pictures and videos that you want during the reception! We will have a custom hashtag to use as well!

Answer

We have a registry through this site on the "Registry" tab and the link the our Amazon Registry is also on that tab at the bottom! There is physical gift options as well as monetary gift options with descriptions on what each is for!
