Due to the nature of our event and limited capacity of our venue, we kindly request no additional guests or children other than those addressed. You will be able to confirm who is invited when you visit the RSVP portion of our website. Folks with older or adult children can search their names separately to find them. We sincerely apologize if we were unable to include your children or other loved ones. Infant children who are not yet 2 by September 10th can be brought to the reception, though we ask that you find an alternate arrangement during our ceremony. If you choose do this, please let us know at the one of the phone numbers above. Please also note that there will be a live band playing which may be hard for sensitive ears.
Currently there is no restriction on number of guests allowed indoors (Yay!). Since we are hoping for around 200 guests, please be aware that new limits can be placed at any time out of our control. We will let you know if there are any changes to our guest list.
Currently in Alberta, vaccine passports have been lifted. We cannot guarantee that the current measures will be in place for our wedding, but we will do our best to keep this up to date. We ask that you do not attend if you are sick with COVID-19 or any contagious illnesses.
Currently there is no mask mandate in Alberta. However, mandates can always change before our date. Changes may mean that masks might be required when indoors unless seated at table consuming food or beverages. Regardless of mandates, our wedding will be a safe place for anyone who wishes to mask voluntarily.
If you received an invitation and your rsvp is not showing up, try entering just your last name or the shortened/longer version of your name (ie. Jackie vs Jacqueline). If you are still unable to rsvp, please reach out through the link on the rsvp page or by our contact info above.
We respectfully request that all phones and cameras are turned off or on silent, and put away during our ceremony. You are welcome to take pictures and videos during the reception, however please refrain from doing so during special dances and speeches. We have made a big investment in our wedding photography and videography to share with our loved ones. We would love to see your faces in our photos, not your phone and cameras.
The Camrose United Church has free angled parking in front, along Main Street in Camrose. There is also parking through the alley behind the church which is limited to church visitors only. The Camrose Resort & Casino has plenty of free parking.
