What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4:45pm to allow ample time to be seated.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to capacity restrictions, we kindly ask that only those whose names are on the invitation attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We request that only individuals addressed on the invitation attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We request you dress in formal attire. Suggestions include suits and ties for men, and midi to floor-length dresses or pant suits for women. Tuxes and gowns are not expected.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes - we have rooms blocked off at the Hampton Inn and Suites, in Boone. See Travel page for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue has ample parking that allows easy access the property. Handicap parking is also available.
