Brittany & Taylor were introduced by mutual friends back in 2015 during a Mustang club meet one night while playing pool. They would later hangout once again at Taylor's Tri To Beat Cancer Triathlon in which instance Brittany would inadvertently be cheering him on right next to his mother! Cut to their first official date, which consisted of pizza at Transmetropolitan followed by a benefit concert at Live Wire downtown. She wore a white dress that night. Join us five years later at the same venue to celebrate their union, good music, and Brittany once again in a white dress.

Anyone who knows Taylor knows he's a planner. And even though he knew long before that he wanted to propose to Brittany, EVERYTHING had to be just right. She would later admit that she thought he was going to propose one night in Pittsburgh while enjoying a fancy dinner overlooking the downtown skyline. Not perfect enough... After asking Brittany's father Danny for his blessing at her cousin Rebekah's wedding down in Savannah, the real planning began. A local jeweler friend of the Hale family helped procure the perfect ring for the big day. Once talk began of Brittany's graduation and having all their family members in one place to celebrate together, Taylor knew he had found the opportune moment! Even with the thought of graduating Pharmacy School being such a joyous and weight lifting time, Brittany had no idea the day could get any better. With the graduation ceremony complete, Taylor--with the help of his photographically inclined father--insinuated that they take a short detour before arriving at the graduation party downtown to take some grad photos at the UGA Arches. After a few snaps of the camera he began muttering how proud he was of her, how much he loved her, began to go down to one knee, and... She said yes! ...with passersby applauding, street musicians playing, and her parents honking loudly while driving by--trying to find parking for the graduation party. With everyone together upstairs across the street at "The Place", Taylor & Brittany announced "We're engaged!"
