What is your dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual! Women feel free to wear summer or cocktail dresses. Also note that the ceremony will be held in the grass and some sharper women's heels will sink into the ground. Men can also wear button down shirts/polos. Please avoid wearing shades or white, cream, or ivory.

What Do I Do If I Can't Make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will The Ceremony Be Outdoors?

Yes our ceremony will be outside, we suggest a light jacket or shawl just in case :)

What Is the Weather Like In The Area In October?
Answer
If you've ever been to Virginia you know the weather is as crazy as it comes. Temperatures in October are usually high 70s during the day and high 60s in the evening. We recommend googling temperatures a few days before your arrival in Virginia just to be on the safe side!

Are Children Allowed?
Answer
Yes children are allowed, but we strongly encourage you to have a mom and dad date night!

What Time Should I Arrive At Your Ceremony?

Our Ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Will There Be An Open Bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly and carpool/Uber if needed!

Can I Take Photos/Videos During the Ceremony?
Answer
We would love for all of our friends and family to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guest silence/turnoff their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!
