Matron of Honor
If I'm asked to think of that one distinctive person in my life, my sister is the one that comes to mind. She is always apart of me regardless of the distance. I was an awkward, 15 year old when she got married, but she is a beautiful, married woman for mine. Seems fair huh ;)
Bridesmaid
She didn't like me at first but eventually I charmed her to love me. One of my first friends in college! We lived in the same dorm, the same apartment for two years, and she even gave me an excuse to go to France. The enneagram type 2 to my type 8, a perfect fit. My best friend, my sister!
Bridesmaid
We've had the same initials since 1st grade, but that's about to change. She's pretty sad about it. From playing soccer together for 10+ years and walking to each others house everyday you can say we have the history necessary to be classified as Best Friends <3.
Bridesmaid
Practically my mom in college. Most supportive, encouraging, loving girl you could ever have in life. This roomie is a straight dreamer and she keeps me believing: in myself, in others, and in Chik-fil-A. Morgan, I want to be like you when I grow up :).
Bridesmaid
ANOTHER Ha(i)ley. I know it's a problem, but what can I say we just find each other. Probably the closest thing to a little sister I've ever had. That being said all the ups and downs of life are spent with this girl haha. Love her and her loud, off-pitch singing.
Bridesmaid
Her room is an arm's length away from mine and we share a bathroom, so ya you could say we are close. My feisty, flaming, fierce best friend. From the same church to the same clothes, we're a match made in heaven.
Bridesmaid
My number 1 fan since day 1!!!! I feel like I have to put a lot of punctuation to match her constant enthusiasm. MY HYPE WOMAN. 4 years straight of BCM, LSU, and pure, unfiltered life. She will drop anything and everything to help a friend out, and I'm so lucky to have her during this crazy time of life!!
Bridesman
She just went through the whole marriage thing less than a year ago (way2goNathan), so if I need a source of wisdom and guidance or english corrections its coming from this girl. She is everything that is sweet, poised, and elegant. She gives relentlessly and her hospitality could make a potato feel welcome, mainly cause she is the best cook I know ;)
Bridesmaid
The personification of a polar pop: bubbly, dependable, and just what you need for a daily pick me up. We twin hard whether it's food, fashion, or sports. She tells it like it is and never backs down from a fight, therefore, we fight like sisters and I wouldn't have it any other way. She is loyal, honest, and one of a kind like flowers in spring.
Best Man
My brother and best man! The influence we have had on one another is beyond words. Fun fact: he believes he likes folk music now, so cheers to that! You’ve always challenged me to to keep going in the midst of so much adversity, and I’m thankful for that. Brady has such a kind, funny, and loving personality, and I cannot wait to celebrate with you bro bro!
Groomsman
Cha boi. Reed and I have been best friends since the early Parkview/Greenshire days. We grew up a couple houses down from each other, and it seemed like we were hanging out every day all the way through high school. They were some good times, and it’s always a joy being around this guy. Reed has had a profound impact on who I am as a person, Reed will forever be an encouragement for me in my walk with the Lord, and I am forever grateful for our friendship.
Groomsman
“My dude” Tynes has been my dude since senior year of high school. We came into LSU together almost four years ago, and I would say we were both able to encourage one another through those years. We lived together sophomore year @ U Crescent, and through that I hoped to learn some piano. Unfortunately, Tynes couldn’t save my inept music capabilities. Anyone who knows Matthew knows he is a fun-loving, adventure-seeking, and Christ-loving dude, and He challenges me every day to be the best version of myself.
Groomsman
Truman has been a friend of mine since the latter half of my freshman year of college. We met @ the BCM and from that, we got to spend two months on mission IN POLAND last summer. In those two months, our friendship took off! Truman loves a good pourover now for example. Haha but seriously our friendship is so honest, whether that is talking sports, just talking about what’s going on, or we are encouraging one another in our walk with the Lord. It is always a good thing to be around this dood! (He would also want me to let you all know that Lebron is the GOAT.)
Groomsman
John and I met our freshman year @ the BCM @ LSU, and through that I gained a roommate(sophomore year) and a friend throughout my time at LSU. John is a fellow hooper, and if he’s honest he will let you know I have a better J-shot than him. We are both sport loving dudes, as seen in our major in SPORTS-Administration. Once you get to know John though you begin to see how caring he is, and I am appreciative of our friendship to this point! John loves to dance, so feel free to ask him at the wedding to bust a move.
Groomsman
Wazzammm. A member of the charge crew. Haha Payne has been a brother of mine since the middle school hooping days. We both love to play basketball, and we were teammates for 6 years through school. Sharing a locker room and 6 years playing the sport we loved together, we got to be really close. Payne and I always seem to cut up together, leading to a lot of laughter and good times. Payne is someone who loves people, he will always make you laugh and cheer up, and lastly, he is a model so ladies be on the lookout on the 21st.
Groomsman
A-aron. Member of the charge crew. Aaron and I have known each other all the way back to the pre-school days. There was always a lot of laughter in our time together and we seemed to always cut up together. This dude taught me how to jig, but don’t ask me to do it cause uhhhh I forgot. When I think of Aaron I think of someone who loves to have a good time, who is kind, and who has a humble aura to him. He will be the first one on the dance floor on wedding day so be on the lookout!
Groomsman
Marcus and I met a little under two years ago working at French Truck together, and it is so disappointing it took that long to meet this guy! I think from the start of our friendship we hit it off. We always are cracking jokes with one another or helping one another in our walk with the Lord. There is no doubt that when this guy is in the room a good time will be had. Joy radiates off of this guy, and I promise you will see the same thing on wedding day!
