We're Getting Married!

Though you know us personally, you might not know much about our history together and how our love has come to be. We were not always the loving couple that you have witnessed recently. We started off as friends, meeting in band class at Campbell High School. He played the tuba and I played the clarinet. I remember the first day we met was at our Homecoming of 2011. Typically, I am a very shy and quiet girl. However, that night, Hakeem sat down right next to me, bringing a spark with him. We talked all night long as if we had known each other for years. He made me laugh, feel giddy, and excited. It took some time before we actually started dating, but he eventually won me over with his persistence and charm! Ever since then, we have become partners, motivators, and best friends to each other. We have gone through some tough times, but the amazing times out weigh them by far!
