What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45pm. The ceremony and the reception are at the same venue and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to reserve your seat but please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the ceremony. You can also view the "Schedule" page for additional information.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal, but mostly importantly wear what you are comfortable in! Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so choose your shoes accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest," then yes! We will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you could use the night off! Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. A Saltwater Farm Vineyard staff member will direct you upon your arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for complimentary transportation to and from the hotel to the venue so you can relax and safely enjoy our big day! Please see the Schedule page for additional details.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please state any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. If you have any other concerns, please reach out to Lauren. We will work with our caterer to ensure there is something for everyone.
