We met at West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, WV. Connor was the Director of Strength and Conditioning and Courtney was the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. We didn't speak to each other for our first year at WVWC, until Connor got a puppy (our Loki girl). Connor posted a picture of Loki on his Snapchat story. Courtney is a sucker for dogs and slid right into his DMs wanting to spend time with Loki. We only communicated via Snapchat (such a millennial thing to do, right?). We went from going to Stone Tower for drinks, to training for a 5K over the summer during the hottest hours (still unsure why Connor thought that was the best time), to doggy dates at the dog park. Keenah and Nalah loved playing with Loki, chasing birds and groundhogs. Twas the night before football check-ins, Connor got the strength ;) to ask Courtney to be his girlfriend. Before we knew it, Connor got a job opportunity at Slippery Rock University and we all moved up to Pennsylvania. We love our journey so far and are very excited to see what this next chapter brings us! P.S. We still never ran a 5K race
