What is the attire for the wedding?

Formal attire is required.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation is not provided since the hotel and wedding venue are on the same property and are walking distance from one another. Valet parking will be provided at the venue for guests driving to the ceremony/reception on Saturday.

What is the Welcome Reception and who is invited?

Answer

The Welcome Reception will be the kick-off to our wedding weekend! This event will take place on Friday, December 13th from 7-9pm in the La Pomme room at the Chateu Grande Hotel for guests staying at the Chateu Grande Hotel on Friday night. Complimentary food and drink will be provided (heavy hors d’oeuvres and open bar).

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! An after party will be held in the La Pomme room at The Chateau Grande Hotel from 6-9pm for guests staying at the Chateu Grande Hotel on Saturday night. Complimentary food and drink will be provided.

What is the attire for the after party?

Answer

Casual attire is recommended! Please feel free to change into something more comfortable after the reception. Jeans are welcome!

Do I need to stay at The Chateau Grande Hotel in order to attend the Welcome Reception and After Party?

Answer

Yes. Capacity limits for the room where the events are being held require attendance to be limited to Chateau Grande Hotel guests only.

Will there be a breakfast on Sunday morning?

Answer

Yes! A private breakfast will be provided for hotel guests from 9-11 am in the Angelique Ballroom at The Chateau Grande Hotel. Attire is casual.

Do I need to RSVP to each event?

Answer

The formal invitation will have a RSVP card with all events listed on it. We ask you kindly reply by the date requested on the invitation.
