Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

I know the wedding is in October and it's a big trip for planning- If you could RSVP by 5-4-2020 that would be very helpful with planning. If you can't by that date, just let me know!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

I said "beach attire" on another page but really if you're comfortable then I'm comfortable. We are going to be in October and on the water so I'm sure the temperatures may fluctuate. No birthday suits. At least until the recpetion.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a buffet and it seems pretty diverse. I would not mind asking for separate meal or separate preparation for you if necessary. Just let me know ahead of time and I can talk to the hotel staff.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you stay at another hotel that is fine but since we are staying at Suites and everything is there, there probably won't be other complimentary transportation to the hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Travel is unpredictable and we get that so there won't be too much before the wedding. With that being said I would like to host something for the group on Sunday and I am waiting to hear from the hotel about recommendations. Again, no obligation. Other than that, enjoy your vacation!
