Are Kids Invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What Should I Wear? Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where Are the Ceremony and the Reception Taking Place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Waldenwoods Resort and Conference Center. Address: 2975 Old US-23, Howell, MI 48855

Will the Ceremony and Reception Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors right in front of the sunshine lodge in front of the lake. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside the Lakeview tent located right next to the ceremony location.

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make It?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “regretfully decline" so we can plan accordingly.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive about 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where Should Guests Park? Is Parking Free?

Answer

When you enter the Waldenwoods property there will be a manager directing you where to go for our big day. There is a parking lot located right next to the tent (where the reception will be taking place) that is free to our guests.

When is the RSVP Deadline? Do I Need to Mail Back My RSVP or Can I Do it Online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is August 26th. Our invitations include an RSVP card that can be taken off and sent like a postcard back to the bride and groom. If you wish to RSVP online that is also an option right here on our website under the "RSVP' tab.

Where Are You Registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola (you can find it under the "Registry" tab). You can look up the registry on Zola.com with either of our names (Hailey Mexico or Justin Chambers).

Can I Take and Post Pictures of the Wedding on Social Media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HereComeTheChambers so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
