We suggest flying into the CLT airport. The airport is approximately 15 minutes from the Embassy Suites in Uptown and 25 minutes from the Renaissance Charlotte South Park by car.

The first of our two room blocks - This hotel is located in Uptown Charlotte, and has light rail access which can bring you to popular neighborhoods like South End, Noda, Elizabeth, and even as far north as UNC Charlotte. The light rail also has a stop two blocks from our venue! Alternatively, hop on the shuttle from the hotel to Free Range Brewing.

Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel

The second of our two room blocks - This hotel is in South Charlotte, where you'll find great shopping and quiet neighborhood restaurants. It's a 30-minute drive from the airport. We will provide a shuttle to Free Range Brewing. We have extended the booking rate through Tuesday - September 16th
