Question

What should I wear to the wedding if I'm not in the ceremony?

Answer

Dress semi-formal or formal without being over the top. Nice dress or suit with hair done nicely (i.e. simple up-do, ponytail, ect.) or something you can wear all night comfortably. NO WHITE, CREAM, or ANY color close to white. And please keep away from the colors burgundy and the rich purple we are using as our colors. Keep in mind your comfort for the whole night as well when coming up with your outfit.

Will I need to bring any food, gifts, or anything to that affect?

Answer

We have dinner and other refreshments covered for the big day. But gifts are welcome in any form you give i.e. money, something off of the registry, or something that made you think of us. We are grateful to have you whether you bring a gift or not.

Are we allowed to smoke or do any drugs?

Answer

No. No smoke or fire of any kind is allowed within 15 feet of the property and no drug use of any kind is allowed on the property either.

Is alcohol allowed?

Answer

Yes. We will have a few signature cocktails for those over 21 to enjoy responsibly.

What if my wedding gift is alcohol?

Answer

That would be totally fine for us to receive with everything else at the reception.

Will there be vegetarian food at the reception?

Answer

Yes. We will have options for everyone to eat at the reception.

Will we need to clean up after the reception?

Answer

No, we have gotten a cleanup crew with the venue. So don't worry about a thing and just keep an eye on your things.

What can we do to help?

Answer

Anything to help no matter how small will help a lot and we thank you. And this refers to planning, purchases, or any help to make the wedding happen. Day of the wedding we have a set up crew with the venue.

If I'm in the wedding party when should I arrive?

Answer

You need to be AT the venue by 1pm so we can get everything together for pictures.

If I'm a guest when should I arrive?

Answer

You should be AT the venue by 3:30. Because that's when the music will start for when you wait for the bride before she walks down the isle

Who should I talk to or call if the bride is unavailable that day?

Answer

That whole day the Bride will not be taking any calls or texts. So please call, text or talk to her mother, her maid of honor, one of her bridesmaids, or her husband to be.

What food will be served?

Answer

The food will be a pasta bar to create your own pasta, a salad bar, breadsticks, and the wedding cake for dessert. The drinks will be a pair of signature cocktails, strawberry lemonade, sweet tea, soda, water, and sparkling cider for the kids.
