FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 9th 2026 through our wedding website. Unfortunately if you do not RSVP in time, we will note that you are unable to attend. If you are certain you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can communicate with the event staff and vendors.

Question

When should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:45pm. As the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp, we recommend arriving by 4pm to allow time for parking and seating. No entry will be permitted after 4:25pm to reduce disruption.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

"Dressy cocktail" For those opting for dresses: Please select a dress which falls below the knees, and refrain from wearing white, tan, pale yellow, or champagne colored dresses. We kindly request our gentleman guests wear a suit or slacks with a button up shirt. Ties are welcome but not required, and jackets are preferred. Please refrain from wearing denim. Please respect our celebration by adhering to the guidelines above! If you have a question on the dress code, please don't hesitate to reach out and get our opinion!

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors, but it wouldn't be a true Washington wedding without the risk of rainfall! In the case of inclement weather, we'll plan to hold the ceremony indoors at the Lodge (where the reception will take place) to make sure our guests will stay comfortably dry. We'll have a few umbrellas for guests to use in the short walk between the parking area and the covered areas of the venue.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are multiple choices of hotels within a ~15 minute drive to the venue. We suggest the Hilton Garden Inn as we have a block of rooms set aside. Refer to the 'Travel' tab for links to hotels with room blocks. There are more hotel options in adjacent cities that are a bit farther away from the venue such as the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Renton (~25 min drive to venue) and a variety of hotels in Bellevue (~30 min drive to venue). There are also a variety of AirBnBs available in Issaquah.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Our friends and family with children invited to the wedding will see the option when they RSVP. We plan to have a 'kid's corner' at the venue, where younger kids can enjoy snacks and entertainment away from the adults. Please note that past 8:30pm, there will be music with adult language in the reception area and plan accordingly.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue and if guests so choose, they can leave their vehicle overnight as long as the lot is vacated by 10am the following morning.

Question

What meal options are available?

Answer

Please note your meal preferences and allergies when submitting your RSVP. We will have a variety of vegetarian options, and choices for our gluten free guests if needed.
