Katie and I met over ten years ago as freshmen at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where we bonded over basketball, house parties and surviving 6 a.m. pre-season runs. We played side by side all four years, finishing with a trip to the NCAA Division II National Championship our senior year. She’s been my best friend since day one—loyal, hilarious and always up for a little chaos. She brings out my full Oklahoma hick side in the best way, and I wouldn’t want to walk through life—or down the aisle—without her.
James Hale
Best Man
James and I met in the police academy in 2018, and afterwards we worked in the same bureau. Through the years we've spent lots of time together at work, on trips with our girls (who have also become best friends) and online playing video games. James is a fun-loving, loyal dude and I'm so glad I get to have him as my best man.
Nichole Pickering

Nichole has always been my go-to person—whether I needed advice, a laugh or just someone who gets me without needing an explanation. As we’ve gotten older, we’ve only grown closer, and I’m lucky to call her not just my sister, but one of my best friends. I’m pretty sure God knew exactly what He was doing when He made us sisters… and gave our dad two strong-willed, opinionated daughters to keep him on his toes. She’s loyal, hilarious and always in my corner—and I wouldn’t want to do this without her.
Casey Schunn

Casey and I go way, way back. Like, really far back. Casey and I have known each other since kindergarten, and we still manage to keep in touch for lunch dates and the occasional night out. Casey is an awesome guy, and I'm excited to have him with me on the big day.
Kaitlin Hale

Kait and I met through Trevor—she used to work with him, and from the moment we met, I knew she’d be a lifelong friend. She’s the kind of person who can make you laugh even on your worst day, and her loyalty runs deep. If I ever needed anything, Kait would be there without hesitation. She’s quick-witted, big-hearted and one of those rare friends who just gets it.
Steven Truzzolino

I met Steven, or "Truzz" or "Truzzo" as we normally call him, at the police academy in 2018. After graduation, we were sent to the same bureau and ended up on the same shift. We've had many late-night iHop meals together and fun times at the Truzzolino residence for the different parties he and his wife put together. He's always a blast to be around and I'm excited he'll be a part of our special day.
Becca Kendrick

From the moment Trevor and I met, Becca welcomed me into the family like I’d always been part of it. She’s one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I know—and somehow she understands my quirks better than most. Whether she’s helping settle a debate between me and Trev (she’s usually on my side, let’s be honest) or just being a steady, supportive presence, Becca feels more like a sister than an in-law. I’m so lucky to have her in my life and in our wedding party.

Drew and I met in the police academy in 2018, and worked in the same bureau after graduation. He is hands down one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, always down for a good time and someone who you know will always have your back. I'm grateful he will be standing by me on our special day.
Ashli Jordan

Ash and I met in college when she transferred to our team from what was—at the time—our rival school. We gave her a hard time about it at first, but quickly forgave her and welcomed her with open arms. She’s bold, opinionated and not afraid to call me out when I need it (which, let’s be honest, is a gift). Her honesty, loyalty and ability to keep me grounded make her one of the best friends I could ask for—and I’m so glad she’s part of this day.

Cody and I met at school around the third grade, and grew close through the years thanks to our shared interests in film, theater and video games. Cody played a big part in expanding my knowledge of comic book culture, especially when it comes to the DC universe. Cody is always making people laugh, and having him in my wedding party is sure to bring some fun moments.
