The Tucson Rodeo - La Fiesta De Los Vaqueros

The Tucson Rodeo is considered the largest outdoor winter rodeo in the United States. The official name is La Fiesta de los Vaqueros, which means "Celebration of the Cowboys." The first Tucson Rodeo was held in 1925, making it more than 100 years old and one of Southern Arizona's oldest community traditions. The Tucson Rodeo Parade is known as the world's longest non-motorized parade, featuring horses, wagons, marching groups, and riders. The rodeo occurs Feb 20-28. The parade is Thursday Feb 25th at 9am.
